The Mobile County Probate Court requires that all users register and login before using this site. If you would like to use the Mobile County Probate Court web site please follow the instructions below.

1. Complete the registration form

2. Once you have submitted the registration form you will receive an email containing a link to confirm your registration.
|
|
3. Once you have completed and confirmed your registration you may login and begin using the Mobile County Probate Court website.
|
|
|
|

If you are receiving an ‘Invalid Session’ message, there may be a setting that you need to make to Internet Explorer in order for the sign in process to work correctly. Below are the instructions:

|
1. Open Internet Explorer, Click on the "Tools" menu and then choose "Internet Options".
|
|
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab and then the "Sites" button.
|
|
3. In the "Address of website" field, type: records.mobile-county.net and Click the "Allow" button. Make sure that mobile-county.net is in the Managed websites as a Domain and the setting is set to ‘Always Allow’.

4. Click "OK" on the two windows and try logging into the records search system again.
